The inaugural function of the ‘Nirdhar Darshan’ will be held on 9th May at 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM as informed earlier. The programme will be graced by Chairman, Kohima Municipal Council, Menuovilie as the Chief Guest. All the schools have been requested to take part in the four – day exhibition by sending the students to witness the exhibition.

The four-day exhibition is being held in commemoration of the celebration of 150th years of the First War of India Independence and the 100th Birth Anniversary of Shahid Bhagat Singh. The exhibition depicts the power of determination of people for freedom struggle and is being organized under the Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra, at Indoor Stadium, Kohima from 9th – 12th May 2008.
