Union Minister for Home, Shivraj Patil landed at Kohima this afternoon after attending the Attestation programme Passing out Parade at Sukhovi, Dimapur. He was received at the Assam Rifles helipad by the State chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and his cabinet colleagues, Chief Secretary and other dignitaries.
