Government of Nagaland invites Request for Proposal (RFP) for setting up and operation of 220 (Two Hundred Twenty) Common Services Centers (CSCs) in a Public Private Partnership framework from reputed Firms, Consortia and NGOs for selection as Service Centre Agency. The CSCs are meant to provide high quality video, voice and data content in the areas of eGovernance, education, health, entertainment and other services.

The bids are required to be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 5000 /- (Rupees Five Thousand)only, non- refundable, by a Demand Draft payable at State Bank of India, Kohima: Nagaland in favour of ‘The Director, IT & TE, Nagaland: Kohima.

Pre-Bid conference shall be held on the 8^th July 2008 at 1100 hrs at the Directorate.

The last date of receipt of the bid documents at the Directorate of IT & TE, Nagaland: Kohima is 23^rd July 2008 at 1300 hrs and shall be opened at 1400 hrs.
