A National Handloom Expo 2008 and State Industrial Fair is to be held at Government High School ground, Kohima, from 2nd to 15th October 2008, organized by the Department of Industries & Commerce, Nagaland. The Expo is being funded by Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, New Delhi. Handloom weavers, medium, small and micro enterprises along with sister states will participate in the exhibition cum sale.
