All drawing and disbursing officers (DDOs) in the state are directed to prepare the details of the loans of House Building Advance (HBA)/Motor Car Advance and Scooter Advance. The Accountant General of Nagaland has informed that all DDOs should report in the prescribed forms. In order to avoid any untoward anomalies in the future, the A.G. office has introduced the computerization of loans modules for the benefit of the employees in the state.
