Through the eModop project, Community Information Centre (CIC) portals have been set up for each block. Citizens can now read news and information of their respective blocks. Citizens can also submit their grievances, download utility forms etc. They can register themselves in their own block portals which will provide them more access, they can submit news and information and be more involved in the development of their block portal. With time more features will be added to make block portals a useful resource centre for citizens.
